The SpanCentury Project
When mid-century architecture meets classic Spanish revival, the results are magic. The challenge here was to bridge two distinct design languages that had been lost to disjointed 90s renovations. We focused on restoring authentic warmth by introducing hand-applied plaster walls, arched doorways, and terracotta tile alongside minimalist white oak built-ins. To add character with restraint, we incorporated deep mustard and olive tones, centered around a breathtaking plaster fireplace that serves as a sculptural anchor for the home.
